Delivery & Returns Policy

Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days for ready-to-ship products. During high-volume periods (collection drops, holidays, Black Friday, etc.), processing may take up to 5 days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email or text as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery within the U.S. usually takes:

  • 2–6 business days with Standard/Ground shipping

  • 1–3 business days with Priority shipping

We primarily use USPS and UPS Ground Saver for ground shipments, and USPS Priority, UPS Ground, or UPS 2–3 Day for Priority deliveries.

Shipping timeframes apply once the order has been dispatched. During peak seasons, small delays may occur. We appreciate your patience while our team works as quickly as possible.

Shipping Protection

All products are covered by our  Spooky Safe Shipping Guarantee which covers damaged items.

If an item arrives damaged, we replace it.

If you decline shipping protection or do not report damages within 7 days, we cannot guarantee replacements for lost or stolen packages.

Shipping Issues

For delays, missing packages, or tracking issues, please contact us at Mystery@Sterye.com or use our website’s chat. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

If a package shows as “delivered” but is missing, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier first. While Sterye is not responsible for stolen packages, we will assist you in filing a claim when possible and must be notified within 7 days of delivery.

Incorrect Address

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
We cannot modify an address once an order has shipped.

If you ordered and your order hasn't shipped yet, please contact us at Mystery@Sterye.com, or through our website's chat and leave your name, order number, and corrected address and we'll update it for you.


Return Policy

Mystery Bags, Boxes, & blind bags

Mystery Boxes are a surprise experience.
All Mystery Box sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Dissatisfaction with the theme, style, or contents does not qualify for a refund or exchange.

  • No partial returns or exchanges of individual items.

  • If an item listed is unavailable at packing time, we may substitute an item of equal or greater value.

Non-Mystery Products

Non-mystery products may be eligible for return if:

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received

  • You initiate the return within 30 days of delivery

Some sale items, clearance items, gift cards, custom/personalized products, and perishable goods (snacks/candy) are non-returnable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged:

Email Mystery@Sterye.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A clear photo of the damage

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

During holiday season, we allow for up to 30 days if an item arrives damaged to be replaced. 

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit for the value of the damaged item.
If the item is out of stock, store credit will be issued.

We may request the item be returned or additional verification.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed in 3–7 business days.
Shipping costs are final and non-refundable once the order has shipped.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours if they have not been processed or shipped.
Once an order enters processing, we cannot cancel or modify it.

International Orders

International orders are final sale unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, or taxes.
