  • If unsatisfied, refer to our return and satisfaction policy.
  • We use third-party delivery services; if any issues arise with delivery, please contact the delivery service directly.

17. ARTWORK AND DESIGN OWNERSHIP

  • The designs featured in our mystery boxes are original works created by artists employed by or contracted directly with Sterye.
  • Some designs may be inspired by larger works, franchises, or movies; however, they are considered transformative and intended for personal enjoyment only.
  • We do not claim any affiliation with or endorsement from the original copyright holders or intellectual property owners of any referenced works.
  • All artwork and designs are the property of Sterye or its affiliated artists. Reproduction, resale, or distribution without express written permission is prohibited.
  • If you are a copyright holder and believe that any design infringes on your intellectual property rights, you must contact us at Mystery@Sterye.com within 30 days of discovering the alleged infringement so we can address the issue promptly.

18. MYSTERY BOX CONTENTS AND VARIABILITY

  • Mystery boxes are curated collections of items that may include plushies, apparel, breakables, blankets, bags, tumblers, and other themed merchandise.
  • The contents of each mystery box are intentionally varied and not guaranteed to include specific items, themes, or designs unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if a listed product is unavailable at the time of packing.
  • Such variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for a refund or exchange.

19. DAMAGE OR DEFECT POLICY

  • If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at Mystery@Sterye.com with clear photos of the damage.
  • If the damage claim is approved, we will offer either a replacement item (if available) or store credit.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling or care after delivery.

20. ALLERGY AND SAFETY WARNING

  • Some items may contain materials that could cause allergic reactions.
  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities caused by products included in our mystery boxes.
  • Small parts and plush accessories may present a choking hazard—keep away from small children and pets.

21. RETURNS AND REFUNDS (MYSTERY BOX POLICY)

  • Mystery boxes are sold as a “surprise experience.”
  • Partial refunds or exchanges of individual items within the mystery box are not permitted.
  • We do not guarantee the inclusion of specific items unless stated otherwise.

22. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All designs, products, and artwork included in our mystery boxes are the property of Sterye or its affiliated artists.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution of any products or designs is prohibited.
