Mystery boxes, mystery bags, and blind bags are surprise-based products. Contents may vary by order and may include plushies, apparel, breakables, blankets, bags, tumblers, accessories, collectibles, paper goods, snacks, or other themed merchandise.
Unless specifically stated on the product page, we do not guarantee the inclusion of any specific item, style, design, character, color, size, theme variation, or product type.
Product photos, videos, and past box examples may show possible items, prior assortments, or styling examples and do not guarantee the exact contents of your box.
Mystery box variations, substitutions, assortment differences, or personal dissatisfaction with the theme, style, color, character, assortment, or contents are not considered defects and do not qualify for a refund or exchange unless otherwise stated in our Delivery & Returns Policy.
If an item intended for a box is unavailable at packing time, we may substitute an item of equal or greater value.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within the claim window stated in our Delivery & Returns Policy.
We may request photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, or other verification so we can review the issue and, when applicable, file a carrier claim.
If approved, we may offer a replacement, comparable replacement, store credit, refund, or another resolution depending on item availability and the circumstances.
We are not responsible for damage caused by customer handling, misuse, improper care, normal wear, pets, children, storage conditions, or use after delivery.
Some products may contain materials, scents, fabrics, metals, plastics, dyes, food ingredients, or other components that could cause sensitivities or allergic reactions.
Sterye is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, misuse, or improper handling of products after delivery.
Some products may contain small parts, accessories, packaging materials, or decorative elements that may present a choking hazard. Keep small parts away from young children and pets.

If you submit reviews, photos, videos, testimonials, comments, feedback, product ideas, or other content to us, you grant Sterye a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, publish, edit, and share that content for business, marketing, website, social media, advertising, customer service, and promotional purposes.
You represent that any content you submit is truthful, based on your own experience, and does not violate another person’s rights.

Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
