Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, preorder, or deposit-based purchase. This policy explains how these purchase options work and how they may be changed or canceled.
These purchase options only apply when they are clearly shown on the product page, cart, checkout, or order confirmation. Most Sterye purchases are one-time purchases unless otherwise stated.
Some products may be offered as subscriptions. When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription frequency, duration, and terms shown at checkout.
Your payment method will be stored securely by our payment provider and charged according to the subscription terms you selected, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date.
You can manage, change, or cancel your subscription through the link provided in your order confirmation email, customer account, subscription portal, or by contacting us at Mystery@Sterye.com.
To avoid being charged for the next subscription order, cancellation requests should be completed before the next billing date. If a subscription order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel that order.
Returns and refunds for subscription orders are governed by our Delivery & Returns Policy.
Some products may be offered as preorders. When you purchase a preorder, you are buying an item that is not yet ready to ship or may not yet be in inventory.
The estimated shipping window will be listed on the product page when applicable. Preorder timelines are estimates and may change due to production delays, supplier delays, customs delays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Depending on the preorder, we may collect full payment, partial payment, or no payment at checkout and charge the remaining balance at a later date. The payment terms will be shown at checkout when applicable.
You may request to cancel a preorder before it has entered processing, packing, label creation, or shipment, unless the product page states that the preorder is final sale, custom, personalized, or otherwise non-cancelable.
Once a preorder has been fulfilled, packed, labeled, or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Returns and refunds are governed by our Delivery & Returns Policy.
Some preorder or special-release items may require a deposit or partial payment.
Deposit and balance-payment terms will be shown on the product page or at checkout when applicable.
Unless otherwise stated, deposits may become non-refundable once production, allocation, customization, or fulfillment has started. If a deposit-based order is canceled before that point, we may refund the eligible portion according to the product page terms and our posted policies.
