2. Reserve It Now
Payment is collected once when the order is placed. This is not a subscription.
3. We Pack and Ship It
The preorder is expected to leave Sterye's Texas warehouse during September 25–30.
Orders containing preorder and ready-to-ship products will ship together when the preorder is ready. Customers should place separate orders if they would like ready-to-ship products sooner.

The Small Box includes 6–8 mystery items. The T-Shirt Box includes a complete Small Box plus one additional guaranteed T-shirt. The Large Box includes 8–10 advertised items with at least 3 featured product categories and at least 5 supporting products. The Ultimate Box includes a complete Large Box plus one additional guaranteed woven tapestry blanket.

What is guaranteed in The T-Shirt Box?
The T-Shirt Box guarantees everything in a complete Small Horror Mystery Box plus one additional T-shirt in your selected size.
Is the T-shirt box a small box with an added t-shirt?
Yes. The guaranteed T-shirt is added to the Small Box. The shirt does not replace one of the mystery items.
What is included in The Large Box?
The Large Box includes 8–10 advertised items, at least 3 featured product categories, and at least 5 supporting products. Planned retail value: $125-$151.
What is guaranteed in The Ultimate Box?
The Ultimate Box includes everything in a complete Large Horror Mystery Box plus one additional guaranteed woven tapestry blanket.
Is the blanket an option for the Large Box?
No. The woven tapestry blanket only comes in our Ultimate box. Which is basically a Large box, plus a woven blanket.
When will preorder boxes ship?
Preorder boxes are expected to ship during September 25–30.
When will I be charged?
Your payment is collected once when your order is placed.
Is this a subscription?
No. This is a one-time purchase. You will not be enrolled in recurring billing.
Will I receive the exact products shown?
No. Example boxes are shown for reference. Exact products, colors, characters, and designs vary.
Can I request specific products or characters?
Yes. Leave preferences in the cart note before checkout. Requests are considered but not guaranteed.
How do I avoid duplicates from a previous order?
Leave a cart note listing items you previously received. Sterye will do its best to avoid duplicates based on available inventory, but duplicate-free boxes cannot be guaranteed.
What happens if something arrives damaged?
Contact Sterye with photos of the damaged item and packaging. The team will review the issue and help make it right according to the stated policy.
Can preorder orders be cancelled?
Preorders may be canceled for a full refund at any time before the order ships by contacting us. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
What happens if my order contains ready-to-ship products?
Orders containing preorder and ready-to-ship products will ship together when the preorder is ready. Customers should place separate orders if they would like ready-to-ship products sooner.
Are Mystery Boxes returnable?
Because the contents are selected and packed as a surprise, Horror Mystery Boxes are not eligible for standard returns.
