Here's the FAQ for our 2024 Halloween mystery boxes which are dropping on September, Friday the 13th, along with our full Halloween collection!
As a lot of you have been asking, here’s some answers to our most asked questions regarding our 2024 Halloween drop!

When will the Halloween Mystery Boxes be available for purchase?
Our Halloween Mystery Boxes will be available for purchase on Friday, September 13th at 1pm ET. -
What’s inside the Halloween Mystery Boxes?
Each box is packed with a variety of Halloween-themed goodies, including collectibles, treats, and surprises. We have three different sizes to choose from:
First off, all Halloween box orders in September will come with mini Halloween treat bags.
$20 size that features lots of smaller, exclusive Halloween goodies from collectibles, accessories, stickers, enamel pins, and more. Designs are related to Halloween and some Horror. Ships in a smaller box.
$40 size that features everything from the $20 box plus 3-4 additional goodies like plushies, items from our Horror subscription boxes, possible apparel items (not including t-shirts), and stationary items.
$65 size will include everything in the $40 box, plus our exclusive 40oz Halloween tumbler (That’s also available separately at $35) and 1 additional item. This box size is for those of you want both the box and Halloween tumbler, you’ll save by getting this box size and score an additional mystery item.

How can I purchase a Halloween Mystery Box?
Visit our website at Sterye.com and navigate to the Halloween Mystery Box section starting at 1pm ET on September 13th. We also have Horror boxes available. -
Will you have any Horror Mystery Boxes Available?
We’ll have previously done Horror Boxes available that were a part of our Horror subscription box! So if you haven’t gotten a box from it yet, we’ll have those available and around 4-5 different Horror themes ready to ship by the time it’s Halloween. -
Can I choose what’s inside my Mystery Box?
Mystery Boxes are crafted to provide a surprise experience. We can’t guarantee specific items, but each box will be filled with a selection of goodies relating to Halloween. -
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact our customer service team at mystery@stereye.com within 7 days of receiving your box, if an item is damaged, please send us a picture! -
How long will it take to receive my Halloween Mystery Box?
While our Halloween mystery boxes will be dropping 9/13, the regular ($40) and ultimate ($65) sizes won't be shipping out until 9/30. After that, orders will take 2-7 days for shipping and delivery. -
Can I return my Halloween Mystery Box?
Due to the nature of the Mystery Boxes, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. However, if you have any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance (mystery@sterye.com) -
Are there any discounts available?
Yes! If you're signed up for our email list, stay tuned for an email with a special 13% off discount code. -
