No! While we specialize in mystery boxes, we do offer mystery bags, and some items are available for individual purchases aside from boxes!

While we do offer returns within 10 days of the delivery date for most individual items, we currently don't offer returns for mystery boxes or bags. We can still do exchanges for mystery box items if an item is damaged upon delivery. Please notify us within 7 days of the delivery date if an item was damaged. Damaged items would be replaced with the same product that's non-damaged. We do offer returns on individual products if they're ordered outside mystery boxes within 30 days if the product hasn't been used.

We currently don't offer any subscription services, and all products are one-time purchases.
